We’re in Forbes!

I’ve primarily used this blog as an account of building this business - the ups, the downs, and the how tos. There is now one day that stands out. The day I found out my shorts were featured by Forbes magazine as one of the best shorts for maternity. I had been particularly discouraged as sales had been down and it seemed like nothing I was doing to drive sales was working. It felt like there were roadblocks at every step.

I believe God listens to prayers and I prayed that morning and told God how discouraged I was and how nothing I was doing was working. I was confident He could move and I trusted Him because He has already brought this business further than I ever thought would happen.

A few hours later, I got a DM from Kim Perry saying PHNX was featured in Forbes. I was in shock. I still am. Entrepreneurship and running a business are hard work and it can be really lonely. It’s hard to share - even with the people closest to you - what’s going on (especially when things aren’t going well.)

We’ve haven’t received a lot of sales yet from the article, but the encouragement from having prayers answered and knowing people believe in PHNX cannot be bought.
